Totally remodeled eat-in kitchen...means everything (appliances, window, french doors, floor, lighting, dishes, flatware, glassware) are new when installed. Over the sink is a bay window. French doors by the marble dining table to allow in the beautiful Asheville sunlight and entrance onto the deck.

The fully-equipped kitchen has granite counter top, ceramic tile backsplash, all new appliances, sink, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, Cuisinart coffee maker, Acme juicer, and filtered water (available from refrigerator dispenser) and reverse osmosis water from a spigot at the sink.

There are cooking utensils, knives, 2 cutting boards (one for non-meat for our vegetarian guests). All are included in the rental except for the groceries! Please bring your own food & beverages and be considerate of other guests if sharing the house. 

The marble dining table sits on ceramic tiled floor and is in full view from the living room.

The 10' x 16' deck was also added on during remodeling and is right outside the french doors.
