Check-out time before 11 am. Check-in time after 4pm. Please do not put me in an awkward position and ask for exceptions as I need time to clean and ready your room/house for your arrival.
Deposit of 50% is required to reserve your room. Deposit is not refundable unless I find another renter so the more notice you give me the better. 100% refund if AYC cancels workshop. I cannot hold a room unless I received a deposit. Deposit or full payment to be mailed to my Charlotte home (address will be provided once we confirm on the reservation). Balance due upon arrival or you may choose to pay in full along with deposit.
The whole house is available for rent for the week or by the night. Rent by the week - Friday to Friday. Rate valid for maximum # of guests listed. Whole house rental provides ultimate privacy, the house is yours from the time you check in to the time you check out. I will not pop in unannounced and includes the use of washer & dryer and garage parking (Forest Hill house). Rent by the room - I or someone I give permission to could drop in unannounced.
Room rental entitles you to occupancy of your bedroom, designated bathroom ,to sharing of common areas such as kitchen and living room. Please no uninvited or non-paying guests to use the facilities.
These houses are not my primary residences so you will not feel as if you are invading my space. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms to spread out your things and make yourself at home.
I do not rent publicly. I rent to AYC students so you could ensure you have company with like-minded folks attending the same workshop. Repeat AYC renters are encouraged to rent again on non-AYC workshop weekends.
