The whole house is available for rent for the week or by the night.   Rent by the week - Friday to Friday.  Rate valid for maximum # of guests listed. Whole house rental provides ultimate privacy, the house is yours from the time you check in to the time you check out. I will not pop in unannounced and includes the use of washer & dryer and garage parking (Forest Hill house). Rent by the room - I or someone I give permission to could drop in unannounced.

Room rental entitles you to occupancy of your bedroom, designated bathroom ,to sharing of common areas  such as kitchen and living room. Please no uninvited or non-paying guests to use the facilities. 

These houses are not my primary residences so you will not feel as if you are invading my space. Plenty of storage space in the bedrooms to spread out your things and make yourself at home.

I do not rent publicly. I rent to AYC students so you could ensure you have company with like-minded folks attending the same workshop. Repeat AYC renters are encouraged to rent again on non-AYC workshop weekends.
